Medical Crossing’s executive management team includes seasoned operational, physician, financial, contracting, and administration executives who have extensive experience in the healthcare and technology industries. Unni Warrier, our Chairman and CEO, has held management positions in several technology companies which have either been sold or taken public on the US stock market.

Unni Warrier,
Chief Executive Officer

Unni Warrier founded the company in 2006. Prior to Medical Crossing, Warrier was CEO from 1998 to 2005 of Kron Networks, a Southern California networking applications company. Prior to Kron, Warrier founded CyberMedia, a provider of automatic PC service and support software, and served as its CEO for seven years from 1991 to 1998, growing the company to revenues of more than $70 million in his final year. He took CyberMedia public in 1996 and was awarded "IPO of the Year" by Red Herring, as well as "Entrepreneur of the Year" by the Software Council of Southern California. Deloitte and Touche recognized CyberMedia as the fastest growing company in Los Angeles from 1993-1997. In 1989, Warrier founded NetLabs, a network management company that was later sold to Seagate Technologies. His business achievements have been chronicled in major publications including Forbes and the Los Angeles Times. Warrier holds both a master's degree in computer science and a master's degree in physics from the Indian Institute of Technology.


Anne Lam,
VP of Business Development

Anne Lam co-founded four companies with Unni Warrier (Medical Crossing, Kron, CyberMedia and NetLabs), establishing a 15 year-long track record of entrepreneurial success. As Vice President of Dispatch, Lam is responsible for developing and growing the company's strategic alliances. At CyberMedia, Lam served as vice president of business development, where she established long-term relationships with a variety of PC companies, chip manufacturers and help-desk providers. Prior to CyberMedia, Lam and Warrier founded NetLabs, a network management company. There she oversaw alliances with large technology companies, including NKK, AT&T and Siemens. The company was later sold to Seagate Technologies. Lam earned both a bachelor's of science degree and a master's of science degree in computer science from the University of California , Los Angeles.


Stephen Smith,
Chief Information Officer

Smith has extensive experience managing the information infrastructure of healthcare companies in Southern California. Prior to Dispatch, TBD managed the IT infrastructure for a large IPA in Southern California for a period of 8 years. Prior to that, Smith was involved in implementing physician practice management systems, health plan and IPA systems throughout the United States. TBD is a member of HIMSS, HFMA and other industry organizations. Smith holds a nursing diploma from Ottawa, Canada.
